How much is delivery in the UK?Standard UK delivery is free! If you would like to have your item sent by a tracked method (which is highly recommended) we offer Recorded Delivery for £1.20 or Next Day Special Delivery for £5.50 (for orders placed before 2pm). How much is international delivery?We are happy to ship anywhere in the world! Worldwide standard delivery is free on all orders over £40. For orders under £40 we offer low flat rate standard delivery, or for extra security you can have your order sent by a recorded service, which requires a signature. Please note that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take an unusually long amount of time to get to international destinations and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please be aware that during busy periods, such as Christmas, your order may take a couple of days longer to be dispatched. All orders will be posted out within 1 week. Recorded Delivery within the UK is just £1.20 and is highly recommended. If your purchase is returned to us by Royal Mail it is the buyers responsibility to pay for all of the postage costs to have the item/s reposted. Standard deliveries do not have to be signed for so it can be posted through the letter box (if small enough). If the parcel is too large to fit through the letter box or if it needs to be signed for and no one is in, the postman will leave a 'Sorry you were out' card giving details on collection or how to rearrange delivery. |
