Vintage 1940s embroidered flower brooch

Lovely, vintage 1940s petit point brooch. Pink flowers embroidered in silk thread onto linen and set in a silver tone oval frame with perspex front.  These brooches were hand sewn at home in a kit form, making each of them an individual piece.

It has a good working pin and safety clasp.

Measures 7cm x 4.5cm.  In excellent vintage condition.
